So, yes! For those who do not know, I am working full-time now while I build my online businesses.
I took a position at a local hospital and overall I am loving it. The thing that is totally baffling me is the fact that I have recently been told by multiple co-workers that I am an "overachiever".
What!?
I have never heard of such a thing!
It's been a long time since I've worked outside of a management position and considering I have no background in the medical field, it only makes sense that I start out as a general employee. And to be honest, there is nothing easier than having to work a job and not worry about being responsible for your entire shift and only having to worry about your personal performance. I am breezing through my shifts.
On the other hand....
I feel like I am in a room full of whiny babies!! Everyone is complaining about their jobs and how much they have to do and they all feel like they don't get paid enough.
It's actually quite sad. I won't mention the name of where I work for confidentiality purposes. :)
The thing that is crazy to me is the fact that they don't believe that there are any "opportunities" for them in this world.
For one thing, if they would have a better attitude and work to the best of their abilities, maybe, just maybe they would get a promotion. And guess what!? There is a management position open in our department!!!
But not one of them is interested in taking on the responsibility or the extra money. SMH
I just don't get it...
Not only do I see opportunity to advance in the position that I'm in, but I am so thankful for my Internet businesses and my network marketing business!
While I was at work yesterday I had two people sign up under my Total Funnel System account that I work promote along with my Internet Profits For Newbies account.
I know the pic below is blurry, but I had to show you the proof. The proof is in the pudding! :) Two sign ups, while I was at work. :) What a blessing.
That is such an awesome feeling to know that even while I work my day job, I am building my online business without having to actually work it. All of the groundwork that I put in in the beginning is working for me and bringing me new team members.
I guess I'm done ranting for now. :)
I now have a new title in life...
