Increase Productivity When Working From Home

How do I increase my productivity when working from home?  This is the question.

I just left cooperate America, working 50 to 60 hours a week.  I had a time to do everything.  And I accomplished so much while I was "at" work.

Now that I'm working full-time from home I am having the hardest time staying motivated, productive and on a schedule!  Not to mention, my 8 year-old daughter is now on summer vacation, so if I'm not spending every waking moment with her I suffer from the guilty mommy syndrome!

What is a WifeyMommyPreneur to do?

Now, I'm not saying that I haven't been getting ANY work done.

I confirmed 2 My Pure Pleasure Parties today.  Yaaaaaayyy!  I also kept my phone appointment with my upline, thanks to my daughter who saw my phone lighting up while it was on vibrate!  And we had a wonderful call to keep me motivated while continuing to build my business.

I spent time on Facebook, Instagram and twitter posting Magnetic Sponsoring links to help Multi-Level-Marketing Associates make money even if no one buys into their opportunity or purchases their products.

I even got out of the house for a quick minute in order to get a large coffee from Starbucks (by myself)!    Thanks to the hubby.  :)  I really needed the break.

I cooked turkey tacos while I caught up on some youtube videos I had been meaning to watch….

Wow…  I guess I did accomplish quite a bit today.  I didn't realize it until now.  Okay.  I don't feel so bad now!  :)

What about you?  Do you work from home and ever find it hard to focus some days?  What do you do to stay productive?  Please share your comments below!

Always wishing you Love, Peace, Prosperity and Many Blessings,

CALIFORNIA Love :)

I'm back in California!  Am I happy?  Absolutely!  Like Dorothy from the "Wizard of Oz" says, "There's NO place like home."  And California is home for me.

What did we do as soon as we made it back to California?  Went to the beach of course!  Check us out….

My husband and I on a much needed date night at the Santa Monica Pier :)

My daughter is enjoying being back too.  All she keeps saying is I'm so glad that we came back to California Mommy.  I like it out here.  (I think it's the weather).  :)

Just look at this happy little face!  :))

Another thing that I missed… The coffee houses!  I paid a visit to coffee bean last week and enjoyed the free wifi as I got an extreme coffee high while I got some work done for my "My Pure Pleasure" business.

Of course I took a picture of it and put it on IG (Instagram)!  :)

I also got to celebrate my 11 year wedding anniversary and my 31st birthday with my family.  My anniversary is May 28th and my Birthday is May 29th.  We partied for days!

This is one of my favorite pics of my husband and I.  I just think it is full of love! And after 11 years we are still madly in love.  :)

We were treated to mexican food at El Cholo in Los Angeles.  The food was wonderful!  And so were the drinks… :)

I had the Carne Asada with Rice and Beans (YUM)!  If you are ever at El Cholo in Los Angeles you have got to try it.

My drink of choice was the Cadillac Margarita.  And let me tell you…  You only need 1 to get you to that very happy place!  :)  It was fabulous!

And here I am…  In that very happy place!  lol

With all of that said, we are all happy to be residents of California once again.  Look forward to lot's of stuff coming up soon!

Always wishing you Love, Peace, Prosperity and Blessings~~

Long time no blog….

I haven't blogged since last year and I am still getting comments and e-mails on a daily basis from people reading my older posts!  I figure it's time to update y'all.  :)

I've been so busy with working, being wifey, being mommy and being "prenur" (somewhat and literally all at the same time), that I haven't had much time at all to even be online.

And I'm adjusting to moving down South…

YES…  I am now living in Louisiana!  Big change from California.  Still adjusting…  and just when I think I've gotten comfortable I have to make yet another adjustment.  Totally different Y'all.  Totally different…  I do love that I get to say "Y'all" on a regular basis though, and no one looks at you like you're crazy and being to laid back.  :)

I just recently re-connected with my Facebook friends and family and I started an Instagram, aka "IG".  You can connect with me there @MoLove_WhatTheWorldNeedsNow if you have an IG account. :)

Here's a snapshot of my profile page…

Yep!  #Selfies and all… I'm on there.  lol

Anyhow… Life is good, life is busier that ever for me and I'm sort of just rolling with the punches.  I've been running a restaurant as a General Manager for over a year now and it has been no easy assignment, but it is very rewarding and educating, and nerve wrecking, and time consuming and fun, and crazy all at the same time.  I have and am still learning SO much about team work and leadership.  It is absolutely amazing.

My daughter, Lyrical…

is in public school now and she is doing well.  Straight A's and 2 B's on her last report card!  And boy was she upset about those 2 B's.  Thank God for that!  She is the sweetest child!  It was extremely difficult for me to adjust to her being in public school, but she is learning so much.  Not only academically, but she's also learning life lessons.

I recently had her start writing a daily journal.  This way she can express her feelings freely and I will have some insight on what's going on in her day to day life without Mommy!

My husband and I are still in love. :)  We have been growing together spiritually lately.  We've been praying together and communicating better than ever.  I recently got back into the world of romance by starting a My Pure Pleasure business.  Am I excited about it?  Yes!  Is my husband excited about it?  What do you think?!  :)  More to come on that stuff in future posts.

All-in-all things are well.  I plan on blogging more often and posting more videos on youtube on a regular basis again.  I'm looking forward to all of your lovely comments!  :)

Until next time…

Always wishing you Love, Peace and Many Blessings,

Your Words Create Movement

I'm feeling very brainy-ak-ish today, looking up quotes and definitions of different words.  One of the things on my mind today is the power of words.  If you study people who have attained the lifestyle that they have always wanted, made their dreams a reality and just have an overall pleasant life, you will see that they have a certain way with words.

The bible says that life and death are in the power of the tongue:

The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences."

I don't know about you but if God says it then I believe it.  Our words truly do have power.  Before you see something with your physical eyes it was first a thought someone had which was then birthed into the physical world by the words of the creator.  These words create the movement necessary to make the idea manifest in the physical.  Isn't that awesome!?  I think so.

We have to remember that everything is spiritual.  Nothing we ever say or do is swept under some imaginary rug.  Some call it Karma.  I say, "You reap what you sow."

Don't be misled--you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant."

You had better be careful what you are planting with both your words and actions!

Anyhow, like I said our words definitely create movement.  Check out the definition of the word "Move".

Wear Beauty With A Smile :))

We've all seen it.  The beautiful woman with the ugliest attitude!  It's like a rotting fruit...  Don't let it happen to you!  Slap a smile on your face even when you don't fell like it and before you know it, you won't be able to stop smiling because you'll be feeling so good!  :))

Mo'

YOU'VE GOT THE POWER!

This is what I posted on my Avon Website earlier today.  Thought I'd share....   :))

NOTE TO SELF:

Be all that you can BE!  Never limit yourself.   There is no one in the world that can hold you back from what you want in life but you.   Know that! And continue on until you see the fruits of your labor.  Block out whatever negative thoughts come to mind or whatever negative situations that occur to get you off course.   Move right along... You don't have time to sit in anger, hate, regret or depression for any amount of time; even a split second.   There is life to live and life to live in abundance! Keep moving along in Love, Joy, Peace, Forbearance, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control. Something must manifest from your actions.  What manifests is up to you! Make it a beautiful day.
