Tip #1 To Help You Reach Orgasm!

Orgasms are natural, so you’d think women would have no trouble experiencing one any time they wanted one… or two… or 10. Still, about 70% of women (including married women),  fake it at some point.  But is it possible to achieve real mind-blowing orgasms?  Over the next few weeks I will share with you 10 expert tips to get to the “BIG O.”

Maybe you’re too stressed out to enjoy a climax.  Perhaps your husband is  not all that, well... stimulating.

Whatever the reason, it’s time to stop going through the motions and start getting the big payoff.

Here is the 1st tip to help yourself have amazing orgasms:

1. Get out of your head

If you’ve got this negative recording going on in your brain on repeat saying -  Good girls don’t… My thighs are too fat… I’ll be too loud – hit the Stop button! Self-criticism is a major passion quencher.

Your husband is NOT thinking about whether or not your thighs jiggle.  All he's thinking about is how good he feels inside of YOU!

And good girls DO enjoy orgasms, so release your inner passion diva and let her have some fun!

*Be sure to subscribe to my blog via e-mail so that you won't miss any of the tips I will be sharing over the next few weeks!

Importance Of Kegel Exercises, What Ben Wa Balls Are, and How To Use Them

"Importance of Kegel Exercises"

Pelvic floor muscles support the uterus, bladder, and bowel. Many factors can weaken these muscles throughout one’s life, including pregnancy, childbirth, obesity, age, chronic cough, chronic constipation, and a genetic predisposition to weak connective tissue. Kegel exercises are recommended for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles in an effort to delay and possibly prevent pelvic organ prolapse.

Pelvic organ prolapse is a condition in which the pelvic floor muscles weaken, causing the pelvic organs to descend and bulge into the vagina. This causes discomforts including uncomfortable pelvic pressure, incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and tissue pushed out through the vaginal opening. The condition is more common amongst older women, but it is possible for a young woman to have pelvic organ prolapse. Some causes of pelvic organ prolapse are vaginal birth, hysterectomy, and menopause.

During pregnancy, Kegel exercises are recommended highly to ensure that the pelvic floor muscles are strong and well-toned. This will help prevent pelvic organ prolapse later on, but immediate benefits include more comfort towards the due date and less of a chance of developing urine leakage, which is common towards the due date and may continue after childbirth.

Kegel exercises also are recommended highly after childbirth and for women who have trouble reaching orgasm. The exercises tone the pelvic floor muscles and make the vagina tighter. A newly postpartum woman can do the exercises to help her pelvic floor muscles return to their pre-pregnancy strength.

For those just starting to do Kegel exercises, some results should be apparent within approximately 2-3 months. Similar to other types of exercises and physical activity, Kegel exercises should be done frequently in a lifetime to see long-term results.

"About Ben Wa Balls"

Invented hundreds of years ago, Ben Wa Balls were made to enhance sexual stimulation and to exercise the kegel muscles. Still popular to this day, Ben Wa Balls have been one of women's favorite items to use. Now they come in many varieties and variations called Duotone Balls and Kegel Balls. People also refer these kind of products as Ben Wah Balls, Pleasure Balls, Orgasm Balls, Love Balls, and Smart Balls.

As you shop for a pair, you will find some balls are connected by a string, and some connected together with a silicone coating. The string gives an added benefit of being able to tug on the balls for stimulation, exercises, and easy removal. Ben Wa Balls are made of metal so they are naturally weighted. Duotone Balls are made of plastic, larger, and contain weighted balls inside the plastic balls which roll around causing self-made vibrations.

For Stimulation
Whichever style of balls you use, they all cause sensations and stimulation. In the old days, women would insert the balls into the vagina and rock back and forth on their rocking chair. The balls would roll and move around inside eventually reaching an orgasm for the woman. You can be creative. Try them while riding the bus, during intercourse, taking walks, or secretly while working.

As a Kegel Exerciser
Ben Wa Balls are great for strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. Since the balls are weighted, you have to use your muscles in the vagina to hold them in. With Kegel Balls, you can squeeze on the elastic silicone or increase resistance by tugging on them. Doing these exercises daily will tighten and firm your vagina muscles. Many gynecologists also recommend using kegel exercisers to treat urinary incontinence since stronger pelvic muscles improve bladder control.

As you can see, Ben Wa Balls have many benefits. Improve your sex life while having fun at the same time! Try a pair and you'll see why women have loved their Ben Wa Balls for years. If you hear people talking about them, they are also sometimes referred to as orgasm balls, smartballs, vaginal weights, love balls, baoding balls, and pleasure balls.

"How to Use Ben Wa Balls"
1. Use the restroom before placing the balls in the vagina.
2. Insert one ball at a time. Putting lubrication on the balls will help them glide in. Women have said that inserting the balls is similar to inserting a tampon. If you’re not used to inserting tampons or if you’re having trouble, you should lift one leg up. If that doesn’t work, try inserting them while lying down.
3. Squeeze your leg muscles together and then your PC muscles together to hold the balls in. The balls should push down a little bit inside your vagina, and they will make your vagina feel “full”. Much like tampons, you should eventually get used to the feeling.
4. Hold the balls inside for at least 15 minutes a day to strengthen your PC muscles. You can hold them in for hours for a better workout.
5. If any balls slip out, wash them well with soap and water and slip them back in.
6. There are several ways to remove the balls including: jump up and down, sneeze, cough, sit and bear down as if you’re having a bowel movement, insert lubricant to help them slide out, etc. If you think you might have a hard time removing the balls, then you may want to purchase balls that are strung onto a retrieval cord. In any case, it is not possible for the balls to disappear inside the body from the vagina.

Ben Wa Ball Tips
• For beginners and those with weaker PC muscles, use plastic balls or larger duotone balls instead of metal balls. Metal balls tend to slip out of the vagina if the PC muscles are not strong enough.
• Balls constructed from latex are comfortable, but latex is hard to clean because it has porous elements. Those who wish to purchase latex balls should clean them well every time they’re used to prevent bacteria build-up.
• Some balls have a retrieval cord, which will make it easier to remove the balls from the vagina.
• Use the balls at home and do not do any rigorous physical activity because the balls will most likely slip out. Even sneezing or coughing can cause the balls to fall out. You wouldn’t want the balls to slip out while you’re in public. Once you’re able to hold them in, then it’s ok to try wearing them in public. However, keep in mind that metal balls will set off metal detectors.
• One or both balls may be worn during sexual intercourse. The balls will stimulate the penis and help increase natural vaginal lubrication.

Methods to Try for Arousal
• Rocking: With the balls inside the vagina, get into a sitting position. Rock back and forth with your legs pressed together.
• Vaginal Penetration: During sex, leave one or both balls in the vagina. The penis will move the ball(s) around, so this technique will also stimulate his penis.
• Vibrator: Leave one or both of the balls in the vagina while inserting the vibrator or using it on the clitoris.
• Retrieval Cord Balls: Use the retrieval cord to pull the balls out. Push the balls back in. This will give your vagina a good workout.

Teaching Your Child To Read: Sight words your child should know by the end of Kindergarten and 1st Grade

Well, Kindergarten is over and I'm now home-schooling my daughter through the 1st grade.  It has been a blast so far.  She is constantly making me a proud mommy by catching on so quickly to all of the new things she's being taught.  I am particularly loving how she is becoming a great reader!

Because, I am home-schooling my daughter through the K12 public school curriculum, I am learning much about where students should be academically.  By the time your child leaves Kindergarten, they should be able to read the following list of words without having to sound them out.  These are what are considered sight words (words that are so frequently used in writing that students should know what they are just by looking at them through memorization).

Kindergarten Sight Words

Believe it or not, it is really easy to teach your child these words.  Here's how...

Step 1
Write the sight word onto a flash card.

Step 2
Show the flash card to your child and tell them what the word is.  Have them repeat the word.  Then have them spell the word on the card and repeat the word again.
*For example: If the word is "she", have the child say "she, s-h-e spells she."

Step 3
Tell your child to look at the word and take a picture of it in their brain.  Then tell them that when they believe they can spell the word without looking at it, to turn the flash card over and spell the word.
*Again, using the same method, "she, s-h-e spells she." You can also take it a step further by having your child write the word onto the other side of the flash card, onto a piece of paper, on a white-board or chalk-board.

You can repeat these steps with about 4 or 5 sight words a day.  Going over the sight words your child learned the previous day before moving on to the new words.

For those of you that want to get a head start on the words that your child should know by the end of the 1st grade, here is a list of 1st grade sight words....

If your child is behind or having a hard time reading, teaching your children these words will help them to catch up!  Teaching your child to read is fun and rewarding.  It will blow your mind to see your child read with ease once you teach them these sight words and also use phonics for them to sound out other words.  And your child will be so happy to be able to read books for themselves.  Good luck in teaching your little one to read!

Positive Affirmations: I love them and so does my daughter!

I'm sure you've heard people talk about the power of positive affirmations.  But how many of us actually take the time to recite them on a daily basis?

I was once a person that was too busy to sit down and say all this positive about myself.  I would recite some affirmations every once in a while, but I just couldn't get myself to do it on a daily basis.  Well, for the past week I have been repeating positive affirmations EVERYDAY.  I've also been having my daughter repeat positive affirmations for kids.  We are both loving it!

It is definitely worth it to take a few minutes out of your day to speak positive about yourself and your life!  If you don't speak good about you who will?

The Bible says that Life and death are in the power of the tongue Proverbs 18:21.  When God created the earth, he actually spoke it into existence.  If we are made in his image and likeness, don't you believe that we can also create with our words?  Positive affirmations allow us to create a positive life for ourselves.  Instead of saying, "I don't think I can do it."  Say, "I know I can do anything I put my mind to!  I can do it!"

I've also heard people say, "Change your mind and change your life."  What do you think these people are talking about?  Every negative thought can be changed into a positive thought.  But only YOU can do it.  As you continually recite positive affirmations, you will begin to believe them.

The Bible also says that faith comes by hearing Romans 10:17 .  By saying positive affirmations aloud, you will be hearing positive things about yourself and begin to have faith in what it is that you are saying and hearing on a regular basis.

Let's face it, unless you hang around super positive people everyday that are constantly cheering you on and uplifting you... you will hear some not so positive things about you from other people.  Most people can't wait to point out your flaws or tell you that you can't do something.  It's up to you to determine what you are and what you can do!

A couple of weeks ago, I took my daughter to the Library for story-time.  She was acting completely anti-social.  She kept coming to me while the story was being read, saying things like, "Mommy, nobody is paying attention to me.  They don't like me.  They're being mean to me. She didn't pick me to turn the page, she's ignoring me."  And she was poking her lips out and putting her head down.  It REALLY disturbed me.  I kept telling her that everyone liked her, no one was being mean to her and she wasn't being ignored.  It made me think... "Boy, I really have to get her around other kids more often,"  I felt like I was doing a bad job at raising her.

After that incident, I kept dwelling on it.  I wanted to find a solution to this issue my daughter was having with negative thinking.  Which was all it was, "Negative Thinking" which was causing her to act in a negative way.  Then it hit me!  I was saying MY positive affirmations and I said, "Hey!  If positive affirmations are working for me, then they have to work for Lryical."  And so, I went online and found some wonderful positive affirmations for kids.  I have been having her recite them daily and she is a completely new kid!

The first time she said them, she immediately said, "Let's say them again!"  And she was beaming.  Saying all of those positive things about herself made her FEEL good.  They do it for me and they will do the same for you!

I took my daughter to one of K12's back-to-school events and she was little miss social butterfly.  I was so happy.  I will continue to have her recite them on a daily basis.  Here are some of the affirmations that we go through daily:  They are from the website www.childrenlights.com

Social:
I am friendly.
I am a good friend to myself.
I am kind to others and they are kind to me.
I am helpful.
I am a good listener.
I express myself clearly.
I make friends easily.
I have lots of friends who love me.
New friends are continually coming into my life.
I play well with others.

They also have positive affirmations for Self Confidence, Spiritual, Health and Emotional.  With all of this said, we will continue to recite our positive affirmations and I highly recommend that you and your children do too!

Always wishing you success in Love and Life!
