I've spend a lot of time with her this week. I just love spending time at her house. I was raised in this house for most of my childhood. I just feel good when I come to visit.
I was tickling Lyrical today on the exact floor that my Uncle used to tickle my brother and I on. I couldn't help but smile and laugh as she rolled on the floor. I just kept thinking, "Wow... I remember when I was the one getting tickled right in this spot." It was just an awesome feeling.
I have so many good childhood memories with my grandmother. We had a lot of late night snacks. I used to sleep in her bed almost every night and in the middle of the night she would wake me up with a Hershey's Kiss. I never hesitated to eat it.
(One of the latest photos of me and my grandmother. *I have no idea what she was looking at, but it definitely wasn't the camera! lol)
The late night snack was a real thing for us growing up. And for my grandmother to come to me tonight and ask me to make some corned beef so that she could eat it with some rice, I see that the late night snack is still a treat in this house! :)
I decided to skip the late night snack. I'm working on loosing about 20 pounds. I've been on a roll lately. :/ But my daughter sure did have a plate.
She couldn't help but snap a picture of herself while I was slaving over the stove. lol
Before I started cooking I was laying down watching 19 Kids and Counting, a show that comes on TLC. I just love this show!
Some people may think that they're crazy, but I truly believe that they are living life the way God intended for us to live it. They are definitely being fruitful and multiplying! lol
I look forward to working on baby number two this year. :) Although, I am terrified of having another cesarean. Hopefully I'll be able to have my next child all natural this time. We shall see....
Well, I'm gonna go ahead and get back to watching late night television. Something I rarely do... Hopefully I won't take so long to write another blog post! :)
Always wishing you success in Love and Life and Many, Many Blessings~~~
